    Help please..Tinned Chilli con carne

    Hi does anyone know the syn values of tinned chilli con carne please? I really fancy it and cant be bothered making my own tonight! Any brand will do the lower the syns the better. I'm doing EE plan. Have tried the online syn thing but as I havent got the details I cant add the info. Thanks in advance x

    Do you have access to lifeline online then? Just with you saying you've 'tried the online syn thing'
    If so, you should be able to search for different ones on syns online x HTH
