think it might be mattessons (cant remember bought it yesterday) hoping its syn free but unlikely!! anyone know any good hams to use that are syn free on EE....love using it as a quick alternative to chicken for pasta!?

Couldn't find mattesons but typed in wafer thin ham on my syns app and all but the Bernard Matthews ones came up as syn freeOriginally Posted by hannon89

I think the cheap ham, (like 30pcs for £1) have syns. I was munching on chicken roll thinkin it was free and it was 1syn PER SLICE!!! I'd just check before munching in future! Ha :-)
