HI I wonder if anyone can help me calculate the syn value of nandos cous cous salad. I have worked it out to be 12 syns, surely that cant be true!! Weight (g): 270.00Energy (kj): 1552.30
Energy (kcal): 371.40
Protein (g): 7.87
Total Fat (g): 24.82
Saturates (g): 3.17
Total Carb (g): 27.63
Sugar (g): 2.26
Salt (g): 2.27
Fibre (g): 5.16 as follows

Any help greatly appreciated.

What is the serving size and are these values per serving or per 100g? Look at the fat content so I think it will be pretty high in syns

Hi the weight was 270g, dont know where that disappeared to!

Yep 12 syns sorry. It does have 25g of fat in it so was never going to be low syn
