    Protein Bar - how many syns??

    Can anybody tell me how many syns the following protein bar would have?

    142 cals
    9.7 prot
    16 carbs
    4.6 fats

    ANy ideas?

    Diet: Weightwatchers
    I wouldn't of thought there was any free food in a protein bar so 1 syn per 20 cal rule =7 syns.
    19/09/10 - Start Weghtwatchers

    Goal - have a BMI below 30 by January 2011 to start IVF treatment.
