    Asda chosen by you vitality bars

    Sorry if this is already on here somewhere but I can't find it . Does anyone know how many Syns a Asda vitality bar is ? Also if anyone knows how many syns an Atkins advantage bar would be ?

    % Lost 10.12%
    Had a look in syns online the asda bars depending on which kind are 3.5 or 4 syns

    Start BMI: 36.9
    Current BMI: 31.9
    Goal BMI: 30.3


    Statistics:
    Total Weight Loss: 2st3.5lb
    Weight to Lose: 0st10.5lb
    % Lost 13.38%
    The Atkins bars are around 10-11 syns.

    They have no free food allowance, so you can work them out as 1 syn per 20 cals.

    I cut them in half and have half for around 5.5 syns.
