Could someone please check the syns online for these as they are new. I calculate the beef at 1 1/2 and the chicken at 2 but I dont know if ive used the s w calculator right. Should they be free?
They are 24g pots. 132kcal, 2.6 protein, 23.5 carbs, 2.8 fat

ive taken some chicken out of freezer gonna push it into slow cooker for tomorrow and ill use a chicken stock pot. I have the beef ones too. I dont think they are syn free tho ill check again

Knorr stockpots are free, so I reckon these might be as well.
I had a change of plan and used a maggi powder tonight instead with my chicken. Ill ask at WI on wed just to be sure

Yes it does i used the herby one its 5 1/2 syns per packet i used 3 chicken breasts so less than 2 syns each
