    Berocca vitamin drink

    Hi everyone, newbie here..
    I was wandering if anyone new if berocca has any synns in it, I have looked online, and asked at my class, but to no avail...

    Per the Berocca site an effervescent tablet has 5.25 cals in it. Since you're only going to take one, I'd not syn that personally.
