    Zero noodles

    Spotted these in a magazine today from holland and Barrett
    Apparently free from carbs sugar fat and gluten made from vegetable fibre and apparently absorb sauce well
    anyone idea how or if these are synned on the 3 plans?

    I've heard about these but have never been able to get them .

    I bought something similar on group on. Eat Water noodles, pasta and rice. They are made from a yam type of plant and are 7.7 cals 100g. Apparently they have been used for weight loss in the Far East or years and are also known as Shiritaki noodles from Asian supermarkets.

    My diary is The Red Veggie and I ave asked about them there.
