    Instant Noodles.

    hey everyone
    i bought the instant noodles from the Aldi, and was just wondering if they were syn free if i used my own seasoning, or are the syns actually in the noodles?


    Christmas 2012; Be 2.5 stone lighter
    March 2012 (21st); Be 4 stone lighter

    The syns are in the noodles I'm afraid - if you look at the ingredient list you will probably see some type of oil listed

    I heard from a lady at my weigh in today that all Aldi instant noodles are 2.5syns each

    Always check online yourself because that is not strictly true. They are 2.5 syns per 100g cooked weight so it could work out a lot more as I dont know that the finished weight for the packet is.Oh and there is one that is 2 syns not 2.5 syns x
