    Syns in Chinese stir fry oil please

    Hi Everybody I'm attempting a stirfry tonight and was hoping to use just a tablespoon of Chinese stir fry oil but can't seem to find the syns. Can anyone help or even know the stuff I'm talking about lol x

    Oil is oil - doesn't matter what kind it is. From memory it is 2 syns per teaspoon and 6 syns per tablespoon
