    Slimming World Crisps

Hi, I'm new to the forum and to slimming world. I had been making slimming world crisps (thin slices of potato with fry light cooked in microwave) and i thought they were free but my consultant said that they would have to be synned as they aren't filling. Does anyone know how many syns i should count for them? Thanks

This is rubbish - my consultant encourages us to make them from potatoes and veg - Can't they train all the consultants the same way???

It may be your consultants way of telling you to go easy on the carbs. Butternut squash works quite nice as a snack roasted with salt and pepper x
My son is three now can no longer use that as an excuse

With respect it is not rubbish. SW confirmed this on their facebook page a couple of weeks ago. If you make your own crisps from potatoes they do have to be synned and and would be counted at the red day rate.

No it would be for any free food used in this way I think. Perhaps check with SW HQ on how to syn them though
