    It depends whether they are in oil or brine. Sadly I'm not sure even if the ones in brine are synned. It's easy to roast them yourself btw. If they're in oil they are definitely synned. How many I don't know though

    Red peppers in brine/vinegar are syn free. I get a huge jar from lidl and put them in pasta sauces, qquiches and omelette or just have them on their own as part of a cooked breakfast

    02/01/11 start again!! Have already lost over 5 stone!! BMI start = 28.5 2011
    BMI start for 2012 = 28.1, healthy BMI = 25.0 (10st 10lb)
    01/01/12 = too much wagon falling
    12st 1lb = 28.1 BMI
