I've done very well with my diet, been on it since June and have only just realised that lots of people in my group have a treat every Wednesday weigh-in and this seems good for me as I'm strict the rest of the week (sometimes too strict!) but I'm still young as I'm a young member and I love my sweets. Was wondering if there were some low syn sweets or treats I could have? Aiming at mainly like 1 chocolate bar or s bag of sweets like Skittles, because if I have more than one thing there for me to keep picking at we'll have a disaster
List some good low-syn sweets/treats for me to enjoy once every Wednesday after weigh-in?? Or tell me yoursThank you x
