Does anyone know how many syns are in these or if any at all, keep seeing posts about pasta n sauce, has anyone seen the packets with cup a pasta on them??? if so id be very grateful for the syn values please, i know they do a cheese or chicken one xx

12st 1lb = 28.1 BMI
Jan - lost 7lb (BMI = 27.0)
Feb - gained 5lb (BMI = 27.8)
March - gained 1lb (BMI = 28)

April - lost 3lb (BMI = 27.5)
