Thread: Donner kebab

I'm going to take sw donner kebab but I'm confused whether to syn it or not. I got lean (less than 16%) lamb mince, which isn't free. I know I've read some people saying its free and some not. What will I do? Lol how many syns are in the little small tesco square packet?

2 syns per 100g so if it was the 400g pack that's 8 syns.

As a guide for the future, slimming world class extra lean mince as under 5 percent fat so anything above that has a syn value. There is currently no pre packed extra lean lamb mince on the market.

Thank you girls. It was just a wee 250g pack between 2 so not too naughty just wasn't sure cause I thought somewhere someone had said syn free. Ill just trust the sw book and calc from now on! Thanks again xx
