Typically enough, just i try to start a diet I get an awful cold and cough. Anyone know syns for JAkemans menthol sweets?

They're about 25/26 cals each i think so I'd count 1 syn each

Thanks - I thought maybe about 1 syn but it's good to have someone else say so! Rubbish way to use syns though

There is a sugar free cough syrup available called Pavacol-D, it's manufactured for diabetics and I think that's lower-might be worth a try
