    please help and be kind

    Hi im VERY new to all of this and was wondering if anyone could help me with the syn value of Asda Chosen by You Whole and Hearty Chicken Noodle soup, I dont seem to be able to find the info anywhere! Is it a healty extra or do i need to syn it? Doing the Extra Easy (or trying to).

    I very much doubt it is a HEX, only a few soups are. All I can find on the app is a 400g can of Asda Chosen by You chicken noodle soup which is 8 syns - if it's not that then not sure, sorry :/
