Thread: Linda mcartney syn values

I can't find a list of the food in the same way Quorn is listed an I far prefer Linda mcartney (even if it's higher syns!!)

Does anyone know the syns in the leek and asparagus tartlets? And the goats cheese and butternut squash tartlets?

If they are in pastry then it will be straight 1 syn for every 20 calories xx

Asparagus and leek are 18 syns each according to the app :/
