Thread: full fat mayo.

Evening all. Can not find my book at mo. Can anyone tell me the syn value please of full fat mayo. Don't tend to have much but prefer the creamy taste.

It varies between brands but the best way to work it out would be the 1 syn for 20 cals rule as it has no free food allowance x

Full fat Hellmanns is 5.5 syns per tablespoon according to the app! Blimey!

You could always split the difference and go for light instead of extra light? Hellmanns light is 2 syns per tbsp apparently!
