Thread: Hot dogs - bockwurst style

Hi everyone. Does any one know the syn value for one of these please. Not sure if there is some allowence or straight 1 syn per 20cal.
Per 100g - one sausage weighs 50g

Cal 206
Pro 12g
Carb 1.2g
Fat 17g sat 6.1
Fibre 0.6g

Are they like a normal hot dog in a tin? If so, i would definately say the 20 cal rule applies as im sure the meat is too processed to count as free food xx

They are in a glass jar with brine.

On syns online they are between 3 and 4.5 syns each HTH x
