    Help!

    So trying to get my head round extra easy. Have had fat free bacon and scrambled eggs this morning- so- this could either be
    RED: completely free
    GREEN: 6 syns
    EXTRA EASY: free if I also eat a kiwi?!?!?

    Please advise!

    week 1: -1 lb
    week 2: -4lb
    week 3-5: +2.5lb
    week 6: -3lb

    Restart - 22nd May
    week 1: -5lb

    Goal: Get into 11s - achieved 29/05/13
    11st 10 lbs. (healthy BMI)-
    11st 7lbs
    11st 2lbs
    10st 13lbs
    10st. 7lbs

    Eating a kiwi won't necessarily make the day EE - you still had the option of going down the Red route. .You'd at least hedged your bets just in case but lunch or dinner could have clinched the day depending on what you wanted.
