Thread: Asda cold relief capsules

Does anyone know if the asda cold relief capsules are free or synned, I looked at the ingriedients and can't see anything I know is synned (but I don't know what half of it is lol) but wondered if there's something hidden or if there's something in the coating?

I've just had two as I have a terrible cold this morning and have an interview tomorrow, but might switch to just paracetomol if the syns are bad in them

Tablets and capsules are fine, it's cough sweets, lemsip, and cough mix that have syns.

Ahhh brilliant thank you I knew tablets were fine just wondered about the coating on the capsule.

Thanks again for your help, its really appriciated (I don't touch lemsips now, I know they're not too highly synned but I prefer having green tea, adding some lemon and taking it with paracetomol anyway as then I know I can have as many of the drinks as I want and just take the tablets when I'm due one)

I just crush up paracetamol and mix
It into hot sugarfree squash. I always advise people against buying lemsip - it's a real ripoff when you can buy paracetamol for 16p, and it's packed with sugar and artificial sweetners.
