    Crispy Rolls

    Long shot as I think they're a Scottish thing but does anyone know the syns in crispy morning rolls? Made by either mortons or McGhees if that helps.

    If they have calories on the packet or on the companies website, then you can work it out as 1 syn per 20 calories.

    This works for bread products, sweets, crisps, tinned soups and pasta sauces, etc etc - anything that doesn't contain a free food.

    Problem is that they don't come in packets lol

    My fitness pal has the calories for 100g though so I guess I'll just need to weigh a roll one day!
