    Syn values - veg cooked in oil? What about Fry light spray?

    I am confused... it says veg like parsnips, carrots, etc, cooked in oil have a syn value- and raw or not cooked in oil are syn-free. OK, that makes sense.

    But what about the Fry light? Is that considered "cooked in oil" or not?

    I don't know how many pumps I used, but I did slather the veg in it before roasting.

    Frylight is free, so veg roasted in that is also syn free enjoy x
