    Syns in soft goats cheese?

    Hi, I'm new! Trying to do SW without going to a class as I can't afford it. I think I'm doing it right
    Can anyone tell me how many syns in 25g of soft goats cheese?

    Goal Weight: 13st11.5lb


    BMI Information:
    Start BMI: 36.9
    Current BMI: 31.9
    Goal BMI: 30.3


    Statistics:
    Total Weight Loss: 2st3.5lb
    Weight to Lose: 0st10.5lb
    % Lost 13.38%
    Cheese you can work out the syns by 20cals = 1 syn.

    So if 25g was say 60 cals that would be 3 syns.
