Thread: Aldi cooked ham syns or not?

I assumed ham was free but it seems not as i just read a thread, ive searched around but cant see if this one was free, its called abblebys cooked ham.

I have no idea :S i usually get the tesco value cooked ham and i give it to my cats as a treat lol i dont eat ham alot but if i fancy a snack ill eat a few slices,
anyone know wether them 2 cooked hams are syns please

If its lean it would be free any fat on it would have to be removed. Hope helps
