    They're quite high I think, around 5 for one of those small fingers of shortbread :/ I don't have my book to hand though so can't confirm properly

    Shocking isn't it, although I suppose it makes sense, they're made with a lot of butter. Funny how before slimming world I used to trick myself that things like that weren't that bad as they were small (plus then I'd eat a whole packet)
