Thread: syn free yogurts/fromage frais.

Hopefully re-joining class tomorrow night but need info for shopping tomorrow day time. Apart from branded yogurts, are there any shop own brands of flavoured yogurts/fromage frais that are syn free or low syn. I tend to use Asda or Tesco.
