    stir fry sauce

    im making a stir fry tonight with iceland chicken tikka pieces, beansprouts peppers & mushrooms but i dunno wot sauce to add to it as never made one before. please help. and wat syns roughly as im doin sw alone with group so have no online access. thank u. xx

    i made it with asda fresh taste black bean sauce which i found out is 7.5 syns which i thought was good coz i got 2 portions from it x
