    Almond biscotti biscuit

I have searched this forum and cant find the answer. I had a small almond biscotti biscuit, the small ones in the box you get from the supermarkets, not the long ones in costa coffee, starbucks etc. I looked at the nutritional info, and I dont think its a lot of syns (I am guessing 2?). I dont have access to SW on line calculator, so hoping someone here can help

    Thanks

You can work out the Syn value for things with no free food allowance by using the formula 20 calories = 1 Syn.

As 2 biscuits = 90 calories, I'd Syn them at 4.5 Syns per every 2 biscuits.
