    New pack pasta sauce/rice syns?

    Hi Guys does anyone know if there are any changes to syn values of these? I checked online and seem to be the same but wondered if they will be changed now the new pack is out as there is no mention of them in new books?

    Batchelors Pasta n Sauce still have the same syn values - I had one for lunch :-)

    Cheese and broccoli and chicken and mushroom are both free if you use milk for your HEx and don't add any butter.
