    Weight Watchers tinned soups please?

    I've got loads of these to use up in the cupboard so just wondered how bad they are please if anyone knows? I will be making some free or very low syn soup once these are gone but dont want to waste them.

    Think I have tomato, country veg, carrot and lentil and chicken and noodle.
