Thread: muller lights?? fructose=sugars???

I know muller lights are free but apon reading the pot it say sugar and sweetener on the side and the nutritional info has carbs 8g of which sugars 7.1 per 100g. ingredients list fructose and sweetner. will they still be free or have Muller changed the recipe? the shape vanilla yoghurt used to be free on the site but now have syn values so i wondered if this will be changing.

Am i just freaking over nothing?

It's natural sugar from the fruit flavourings. Don't worry they're still free apart from the cheesecake ones and the one with the cherry sauce at the bottom. All the rest are free.
