Does anyone know the syn value of Jordan's granola the nutty one?

I love it z d guessing it can't be used as HE so thinking I could use a few syns on it for breakfast

I would really appreciate the help xx

The nutty one is 6 syns per 25g.

That's a lot of syns for a gob full lol. Thanks for replying :) think I may just stick to porridge though which us a shame. I could live off granola
