brown or white??
Hi. Im just wondering if anybody sees different losses by using brown/wholemeal rice and pasta to white?
I have been bought up on wholemeal but finding it too expensive. I was thinking of going to buy the big bags of white rice and pasta for cheaper but worried i will gain or bloat?

EVeryone is different, so there is no way of knowing how you will react to the change. As far as I am concerned it makes no difference, but I prefer wholemeal/brown for the taste and texture and fibre.
