Would somebody please be able to tell me the syn value of the chicken garlic and wine flavour pasta and sauce

Sorry I can't read what that says x

It's 1 syn on Green and Extra Easy, 6 syns on Red. Those are the values for per 100g cooked, so you will have to weigh it once cooked and multiple accordingly! Happy to help x
