Hot choc may give you a feeling of a sugar hit and curb cravings?

I usually buy the Batchelors pasta n sauce and use water instead of milk aswell - not so creamy and thick but still nice

No prob. What about potato crisps?

Thin slices of potato, lighy salted and spray with Fry Light. In oven/microwave until crispy.

Go even crispier as they cool.

This pasta and sauce was always free hun, as long as you made it up with water and no butter, so unless the recipe has changed hugely recently then that may be the syn value including milk xx
