    BMI Information:

    New asda desert yogurts and Ansley Cous Cous

    Hi, just started doing sw, and today I saw in asda new 4 pk of fat free Desert style yogurts I know 2 were apple crumble but can't remember the other 2, does any one know if they are free.

    Also there are lots of flavours of Ansley Hariott Cous cous does any one know if they are all free.

    many thanks for any help, iam just trying to sort out a weeks menu

    Hi de hi from what I remember the ainsley cous cous is not free but it ranges from 1-3 syns depending on the flavour and I foubnd half a pack was enough with some meat for my lunch,mmm cant wait to re start tomorrow
