    HELP! Mccain ready baked jacket potatoes?

    Does anyone know the syn value of these? I made 1 thinking jackets were syn free and then thought about it being pre packaged and it would probably have syns in! Id be greatful if someone could let me know asap! :-) xx

    Oooo thankyou!! :-D I dont feel guilty now, Ive already had a syn packed mince pie today which is probably my syns for the week used haha x
