    Nandos peri peri chip sprinkle??? EE

    I've got to say, I have no idea how many syns there are in this...I would take a wild guess and say none as it's basically just spices?!? (could someone check for me) I got it in Asda
    If it is I made the most LUSH meal ever last night so thought I'd share
    Cooked some diced chicken breast in the oven from frozen once it was done, put it in a frying pan with a bit of fry light and sprinkled the nandos herbs over it for about 5 minutes it was DIVINE! Had it with SW chips and lots of sweetcorn
    Also used my HEX of cheese over my chips with some extra light mayo as a dip

    I seem to remember it being near enough syn free somehwere I read. However I just make my own at home now , lots of paprika, garlic powder, salt and chilli powder mixed together

    yeah thats pretty much all thats in it, spices! i adore it, must try making my own soon though be a lot cheaper haha
