    Syns in a handful of butterkist popcorn?

    In the book it says 25g is about 5.5 syns, does anyone know how many is in a handful, or is 25g a handful?? Im sure it's not that much...... Thanks

    I'd say a 25g bag has 2/3 handfuls. But I have small hands lol! I'd count it around 3.5 to make sure.
