    I know that Asda ratatouille is 1½ syns and Tesco ratatouille is 2 syns.

    2. Get into the 12's - stones that is, not clothes unfortunately! DONE 10/01/13
    3. Lose 1st DONE 06/02/13
    4. Club 10 DONE 27/02/13
    5. Lose 1½st (BMI will be under 30 ) DONE 26/03/13
    6. Into the 11's DONE 26/03/13
    7. Lose 2st DONE 07/05/13
    8. Lose 2½st
    9. Into the 10's (hopefully by my 30th on 21 July)

    What's listed in the contents? Oils or sugars in the tomato sauce would potentially stop it being free, let alone superfree.
