    Post To Syn or not to syn

    I know this is not a syn value issue, but it does concern syns.

    I was wondering what other people feel and have experienced. Has anyone saved all their syns for a big weekend blow out, or do you use yours up every day?

    If so, have you seen a difference when you have WI? I can't seem to make my mind up?!?!?! Does having all your syns for the week in one go mean a good or bad thing?

    I am on a journey and cannot get off the train until I reach the right weight station!!

    Goal 1 -get into the 17s
    Goal 2 -7lbs
    Goal 3 -10lbs
    Goal 4 -gat into the 16s

    Is this a special occasion you are talking about or a regular weekly thing?

    If its a special do then I would flexi syn rather than save syns for it and just accept that you may not lose that week. Otherwise you can use your syns weekly counting down from 105 but its probably not the best idea to use them all in one go as that could well leave you feeling deprived for the rest of the week and deprivation leads to falling off the wagon big time. So still have at least five syns a day and that gives you a good amount for the weekend if that is what you are after. Doesnt work for everyone though so all you can do is try it and see

    Thanx patchwork puss, I just wanted a Friday night take-away and a few drinks, so have been having about 3/4 syns a day so I could enjoy without the guilt. Had my chinese and my oh my boy did it taste good and was around 8 syns, now on the pop and I am having martini extra dry with diet lemonade which is only 2.5 syns each so will prob have 4!!! So the total over load will be 18 syns, not too bad I suppose?
