Thread: Asda Smoked Microwaveable Haddock Fillet Syn Value?

Hi, Can anyone tell me the syn value for asda smoked haddock fillet? I think haddock is free but this has butter in the pack so i'm guessing would need to be synned. I have the nutritional values from the asda website. Would really appreciate your help as I don't have access to a syn calculator. I'm following extra easy. p.s my return key doesn't seem to be working so sorry if this looks all squashed together lol. x

Typical values	(boiled) per 100g:
Energy	389kJ/92kcal
Protein	17.3g
Carbohydrate	0.1g
Fat	2.4g

Hi, I think your right the haddock, even though smoked should be free so you would either need to leave the butter out or syn it. I'd base it on full fat just to be safe which is 2 syns for a level teaspoon :-)
