Thread: Cadbury chocolate shortcake biscuit - how many syns

We have 2 tins of biscuits from Christmas and I'm planning to go through them slowly i.e. one a day as my syns. Does anyone know roughly how much a cadbury chocolate shortcake is from the Cadbury purple tins?

Sorry I can't give a breakdown of cals etc. The tin only gives the details per 100g as the tin contains various chocolate covered biscuits.

I'm looking to find out the Syns too but don't know how to work it out.

I've got the treat size packs (2 biscuits per pack), per pack:
105 Calories
6.4g Sugars
5.4g Fat
2.9g Saturates
0.13g Salt

Aha - just found on the Syn calculator that it's 2.5 Syns per biscuit.
