I am new to this forum but love it! Also new to Slimming world, having lost 3.5 stone on ww and put well over a stone back on I need a different direction!

Am loving the freedom of slimming world but as a coeliac I can't have the Alpen cereal bars or any nice crunchy low cal treats as I have to avoid gluten and wheat which is in everything, But I LOVE popcorn and was wondering if anyone knew how many syns were in a small 15g bag of salted popcorn from marks and spencer? I can't even find it on the SW website lol!

Any other tips from coeliacs welcomed too :) thanks a million xx

sainsburys popcorn so good!!

Marks and Spencer have a new "Guilt Free Snacking" range. They do a couple of different flavoured popcorn, including white chocolate and strawberry, and a chocolate and pecan variety. Not sure if these are suitable for gluten free? But the chocolate and pecan flavour is lovely, and just 6.5 Syns per bag :)

I am also gluten and wheat free and I also find 'snacks' a logistical nightmare! Sometimes fruit and veg just doesn't cut it. And funnily enough I also am in love with popcorn haha.... I have (I won :) ) one of those air popping popcorn machines and it's a life saver... for 25g of popcorn (I don't like it with anything on it) it's 4.5 syns on EE. When you consider how light it is once popped - 25g is a ridiculously huge amount!

I find that marmite on ds crisp bread (in free from range at sainsburys and tescos) is a good one - and you could always use the crisp bread as HEX's if you haven't had them already.

If you have any idea on the syn value of the sainsburys free from chocolate brownie's I'd v much appreciate it....they are DIVINE and I miss them because I don't know it so don't want to sabotage myself :D x

I love that M&S salted popcorn! I think its 4 syns a bag (with the 1 syn =20cals rule) the sweet and salty version in the light blue packs is also really nice.

Also gluten free but I thought it was weight of unpopped kernels? This changes everything!
