    The golden vegetable, mexican and szechuan ones are free. The biryani one is 5.5 and the thai one is 2.

    9. Into the 10's (hopefully by my 30th on 21 July)

    The syns on the biryani one are higher because they are for it made up as directed which includes 2 tsp of oil - leave out the oil and you can take4 syns off that
