    Hi all, Could someone please tell me the syn value of these? Ive had two at work and not sure of syn value - that will teach me!

    MFP shows them to be approx 44 cals each - so as no two can possibly be exactly the same, I'd personally round it up to 4 1/2 syns.

    That's an awful lot! Before SW I would have had avoid 20 in the one sitting! Defo not now!
    Goal is to lose 26lb by August 2013

    Thank you! That is a lot but they where really really nice with my cuppa at work - will try to avoid them in future though - just have to watch everyone else get fat on them lol x
