birds eye simply breaded large cod fillet?

I know the fish is free, but how do i find out how many syns the breadcrumb coating is?

I think the extra large breaded ones are about 11.5 syns. Dont quote me but I'm pretty sure... Will double check again in my book for u later x

Hope they're no more than that. I don't really like fish, but love these!!
