Ive just started on slimming world today and am probably going to stick to ee plan as I am not going to meetings, I'm going to rely on you lovely lot.
I was just wondering if all meat is free...for example are chicken legs, thighs free if all the skin and fat is trimmed off? I find these parts of the meat a lot taster than chicken breast. Also is packet meat like ham and chicken free? Any tips would be great! Thanks
